I think you must submit your site as the theme of your Blog is the least concern for Google. Their guidelines are with regards to the SEO and not the theme. So, I think you should go ahead. All the best

I am thinking of changing the template for my blogspot blog…its gona take time till i finish editing it
..Dont know Should i have to send or not…

I have also applied. Google has not specified how many would they consider but I expect lots of entries! So, don’t really know what would be their criteria. All the best to everyone

I have applied for it but considering that my blog is relatively new and quite unique considering that I have chosen it to remain strictly a programming and development blog. I doubt it could be considered as an example by google Still hope to get some analysis from google.
