WordPress 3.0 is available for download. The most anticipated update from WordPress.org was released on 17 June 2010. We have upgraded our version from too from 2.9.2 to 3.0. All is looking good for the most part, however, due to the changes in WordPress 3.0 , it looks like all the users of Premium Theme – Thesis Theme have reported to be facing issues with the custom editor.
Thesis Error after upgrading to WordPress 3.0
Thesis Custom Editor page shows up a PHP Syntax error rendering the page broken.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function use_codepress() in /ANY_OLD_DIRECTORY/public_html/wp-content/themes/thesis_XX/lib/admin/admin.php on line XX
The guys at thesislab have put up a very elaborate article explaining the bug and its work around.
We were able to get out of this issue within few minutes. Hoping Chris Pearson would rectify this in the next version of Thesis.
